刘宸缨（Chenying Liu）是佐治亚理工学院（Georgia Institute of Technology）计算科学与工程学院（School of Computational Science and Engineering）和土木与环境工程学院（School of Civil and Environmental Engineering）的博士候选人。在他的博士研究项目中，刘宸缨积极与太平洋地震工程研究中心（Pacific Earthquake Engineering Research, PEER）的NGA-Sub小组和非遍历地震动模型 (non-ergodic ground motion model) 开发小组合作，努力开发下一代地震动模型，以推进数据驱动和性能为基础的地震工程规范领域的发展。作为一名学者，刘宸缨的研究兴趣根植于运用统计学、物理驱动的数据科学、高性能计算和性能为基础的工程规范等先进技术。他的主要目标是增强岩土基础设施和工程系统的地震风险分析能力。
